Great show last night at the DPAC in Durham. My last show was Asheville
in 2013 and I think the band was tighter and Bob in better form this year.
His voice was strong and clear and the old boy was obviously enjoying
himself.

For the first time I saw him actually pick up the mike stand and sing from
a crouch, digging in to the lyrics. His piano work was audible and added
punch…. and he moved between center stage and the grand piano
throughout.

Great opener with 'things have changed’

‘Hwy 61’ was terrific as well, but I miss the days when Larry Campbell
was on the scene and the band would take some extended solos on tune like
that but it’s a minor complaint considering a 20 song setlist.

But Bob, c’mon pal, and say a few words! Introduce the band and crack a
joke or two.

This is a great show, so don't miss out on this swing through the south.
