It was a dark day in Glasgow, November 25
But we were still glad old Bob was still alive
3 years ago, same venue, well ain't that nice
But hey Bob the tickets are twice the price
A bit of plagiarism based on the only Rough and Rowdy song he didn't play
of course. I'd love to hear it though
Three of us who saw his 2022 show here plus my son Robert (Bob) who got us
the tickets again. Thanks So Andy came down from the Granite City (
Aberdeen) Doug from the Paraffin City. ( Portgordon) yes there is a place
called that . Google it I won't go through it all song by song but the
thing we all agreed about was for a guy now 3 years older than when we saw
him, he's younger than that now! No longer a voice like sand and glue. A
great performance and the band too of course All the Rough and
Rowdies were slicker than before. He has played them all about 270 times
now. But like the vast majority of the audience things like It ain't me
babe. Desolation Row. It's all over now were the standouts. Short but
great bits of harp on 4 of the songs. He even appeared to wave at the end.
Richard and Barbera ( in the cheap seats upstairs :) also loved it
